Just get married to your senior then you will get a good position in the company and rest assured your job will be secured Politics is at its peak no doubt if you are an north Indian then you are very safe I feel very sad for south Indians in this company Everything is fake like PIP and performance it's solely based on favourism.

everything was good salary, insurance, insensitive, food, culture, etc.

Everything was good but the TL will give more pressure on team members to get output even they know the outcome will not come properly today/this week/this month then also they give pressure feels like to quit the job most of them quit there job after joining in vyapar because of this only they only bothered about targets and sales not employees

...cha hai...Company ne apko sales ke liye hire Kiya hai to target karna padega. ..Salary bhi time per ati . incentive thoda sa 5 se 10 din late ho jata ..but aa jata hai

Salary credit was on time I mean you don't have to wait for salary to be transferred in your account

It was a very. bad experience The staff were not cooperative it was one of the bad experience I had while working in this company and had a lot of pressure

It was actually a good company when I joined it. But currently it's all like If you do yes to what they say you will be there or else no. If you know how to do this you will get appraisal and everything. If anyone who is working even after listening to tl who don't know what to do except manager everything to yes, the person it self knows that he won't be able to get any job any where. And if you want to leave company and other employers asks about you in this company they provide that worst feedback so you won't get job anywhere.

...won't be able to be in the market in next 3 to 5 years, I can guarantee this. If you get some less salary and same job go for that job, this people are worst.
