...cha hai...Company ne apko sales ke liye hire Kiya hai to target karna padega. ..Salary bhi time per ati . incentive thoda sa 5 se 10 din late ho jata ..but aa jata hai

Don't join IPT department
The Environment is really bad due to The Manager and female Assistant manager
They both are egoistic type of person
They choose the people who they want to get promoted they don't observe any individual's hardwork and they dominate the department like hell they don't support, Some tl don't even support there hardworking team member they support undeserving candidates who are in pip since 6-8 times .It is ridiculous to see how they call them a leader with this kind of favouritism. Female Assistant manager got the position due to politics ,undeserving Assistant manager she is Even the 3 male assistant manager can handle the department well at least they don't do favourtism they observe the hardwork of the candidate.
Moral is that If you do. Hardwork to this department they don't give a damn until you are not a favourite candidate to them they never treat you equal.
Those who don't believe it ask the ipt department's Employees they will tell you the clear picture.
1. No job security,
2. You will get push alot even your target is complete.
3. Manager have no idea how to treat their juniors,
4. Senseless meetings which are waste of time no discussion over how to achieve target,
5. They will give you LOP even you are working,
6. No guidance,
7. If you want to work for money and for timepass for 2 months it's great,
8. Waste of time,
9. No weekend offs
10. FNF will be credit after 70+ days.
