...tions from the team and their focus isn’t even on curating good quality content. they want vistara level content at indigo level pay (this is the ceo’s example, just reversed.) you’ll always be overworked and underpaid here. they will never promote you here. you’ll have to work on every saturday even though this wasn’t the case when the HR hired.

No appreciation for any work, only criticism; Lot of shouting and abusing at the workplace; High stress environment due to long hours and tight deadlines
