...tions from the team and their focus isn’t even on curating good quality content. they want vistara level content at indigo level pay (this is the ceo’s example, just reversed.) you’ll always be overworked and underpaid here. they will never promote you here. you’ll have to work on every saturday even though this wasn’t the case when the HR hired.

Good exposure since it's a start-up, opportunity to work closely with CEO, opportunity to learn the workings of other teams as well

No appreciation for any work, only criticism; Lot of shouting and abusing at the workplace; High stress environment due to long hours and tight deadlines

The work-life balance could be better. There could be a proper methodology implemented to see that this is bettered.

Good company to work for if you like to work under a super enthusiastic Owner and Leader. Director of the company is really gem a person with whome you can learn alot , great product and amazing approach towards client.

Weak Company policy, no job security, Daily changing policy, politics within upper sales management.
