Work life balance is zero.... It is 9-10pm job. U won't get time for breakfast dinner... And lunch will b for limited time. And no leave will be approved. U will feel insecure about job every moment.

If you wish to work in an edtech company, this is one of the best choices but still as an edtech has many similarities to others Sundays are off and saturday offs are depending on managers( mostly working 95% of saturdays) Works with salesforce crm which is best

Everything. My work timings No holidays No overtime pay No work life balance No proper breaks Even if you go to urinate, need to ask for manager's permission and he'll take it as a break. I've a lot of disliking towards this company.

...y questions about the SOP. No Work life balance you sometimes work from 10- 9PM. There is no Overtime pay, they not care about the top performers I have seen people from 4-5 years working in the same role which Indicates no Growth in the org, Appraisals are pointless! Corporate Politics at it's peak.

...not work 2. Mandatory WFO (5days) for the team they wish for and not for all. 3. Random decision to cut variable pay in the name of profit-loss 4. Single digit appraisals 5. Low salary 6. Change in managers/process every quarter 7. No appreciation for the work done 8. Expect to work 24/7 9. No team outing 10. No leadership building or training facility 11. Importance on petty things like show your ID card everytime you exit or enter the reception
