Everything. My work timings No holidays No overtime pay No work life balance No proper breaks Even if you go to urinate, need to ask for manager's permission and he'll take it as a break. I've a lot of disliking towards this company.

There is no Overtime pay, they not care about the top performers I have seen people from 4-5 years working in the same role which Indicates no Growth in the org, Appraisals are pointless! Corporate Politics at it's peak.
