Only timely salary. The company work culture was soothing and employee centric. But once the new management onboarded, all things changed.

Dislikes

The new management decision making is disgusting. It's against employee everythime. Systems are being monitored continuously. No extra benefit. Seniors doesn't get due respect. Company hiring bunch of interns and firing them once tenure is completed. No job security. Once the project is completed you have to think of new job. It's pressure everyday. No work life balance. After withdrawing permanent work from home employees didn't get shifting price. Sick leaves are been reduced to half.

I recently joined this company, and after just two months, they laid off 100 employees in a single day without any notice period - they were simply fired, This company is a nightmare. Do not join this company, Seniors do not provide any Knowledge transfer, and they do not reply to your message also, and there is no support from anyone. Colleagues are not friendly, everyone is very cunning, Your job is only safe if you are in the boss's good books, Once again, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE SPOILING YOUR CAREER, I AM GIVING THIS COMPANY RATING NEGATIVE -100,

Before joining the organisation, I was worried about the work culture. But when I joined the organisation, I experienced a very good environment . Everyone is so co-operative and supportive. Even, Seniors are every time ready to help and guide juniors without making them feel stupid. Work time is not at all restricted, Everything is flexible. Career growth is good. Organisation is expanding and they are hiring more candidates.

Well, I haven't experienced any major issue yet. May be they should increase salary , perks and benefits , Lol 😝

Good team with talented people around. If you are a fresher, then few projects are good for you. Not much to learn for a senior developer.

Upper management has gone berserk since a year. Has injected micromanagement along with monitoring each and everything. Too much hierarchy and such low-quality code.

Very unstable. Being an ex employee, I had to leave due to politics in upper management, who were clueless. They again changed the upper management which is a plus and hired some of the ex employees. But few months later they ramped down and took off some offers. Think before joining.
