Company was good at work colleagues behaviour work timing salary time.

Dislikes

There was no job security bcz they asked to stop working just before shift started. didn't pay attention on employees rights. Didn't get my leave encashment and incentive. After leaving company they are like"HAM AAPKE HAI KON". So that i also loose hope of getting my benefits.

Work from home benefit and if you are from management team then will be fine

No job security that is 0% job security for each and every one. You never know next day will be your last day on that organisation

Office culture will be good, CEO Manager TL's are very friendly 7hrs work will be there in a day shift timinga will be good,

The worst experience i had, actually the work was new for me, they trained me well but suddenly they shifted me to bangalore calls and I couldn't speak kannada couldn't convince the customers and they judged my talent in just 3months and fired me for that and they showed the reason is my performance was poor in 1month, job security will not be there

Everything. People here are very partial. here is lot of FAVOURTISM. They treat you more like a trash. no life balance no work balance.

This is use and throw policy company. They just recruit people for 6 months or a year after that they throw you out with silliest reason even though you are at the position to get promoted

If you want to grow in career and looking for great opportunities, this is the wrong company. Zero work-life balance, very bad company culture, you have to forget about the word GROWTH if you are working here, no job security at all. Very unprofessional people and very bad company policies which are created by themselves.
