IT department has Full politics and corruption. Web spider concept. no space for new to explore anything new, they are as non-technical running only sequence tasks nothing to learn.

Lots of Technical exposure. The product is very dynamic and always keeps you engaged. Good Policies, like the increments given every year. CTO is very engaged and helps whenever required.
