If you Resign the job that's all, You are none to SIMPLEX. They will forget about you and your salary Pending, Final settlement, PF Claims everything. People do extract everything from you at any level. but in return even a single appreciation you wont get.

SALARY DUES FROM LONG TIME, MAIL TO OFFICE BUT NO ONE WAS TAKEN ACTION, THEY WANT ONLY DUTY WITHOUT SALARY, WORK CULTURE IS SO POOR FROM LAST FEW YEARS, AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION IF POSSIBLE

... particularly in my department is good way better than the other departments. During COVID lockdown very few people have been laid off, though the salary have been delayed for 3-4 months, the work culture is like any other company ok okay. The management is not at all good, they don’t take any firm decisions and did nothing to ensure employee safety before the first official lockdown. Till now there is no official company policy to allow people to work from home, only we few who insist on working from home are working from home. Even after having an alarming number of positive cases the company still expects us to come to the office that too in public transport.

I did not get any support during COVID 19 from my company. First, they pushed to do work but now they denied to give salary for that particular month.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal are very poor, even salary is not given in the proper time, 6 to 10 months salary are balance for maximum staffs.
