-The company has little money and is unable to provide its employee with competitive salary. -developer are often given no client and are left to sit around with nothing to do. -the company management is very poor and has been accused of fraud. -the company has been known to give fake experience to its employees in order to win client. -the company has been known to recruit people from clover by offering them extra money to leave their current job.
