Only thing I like is no late working. Other than that there is nothing good here.

Dislikes

Lots of politics. No recognition. Very rate promotion. They deduct 15% as variable pay but never pay. Annual Salary hike only in single digits below 7%. Promotion is a dream. There are people working for 15 years without promotion. Only local people stay here as there is no career growth. They don't upgrade to use new technology but ver happy to face issues and continue to use very old methodology. If you don't co-op, you will for sure get mentally disturbed.

V-guard company is vey good I have always enjoyed working in this company and everyone is supportive. All the products of v-guard are good and the retailer is also happy to sell these products because the product quality is well made.

Dislikes

... for paying the asked salary for people who are recruited from other companies. CTC is a mith, variable pay is included in the CTC so that no one will receive the full amount of variable pay. Employees working on similar projects will be having different pay level which even cannot be compared HR is good for nothing.

If you’re immediate boss is enough supportive everything is fine , otherwise you struggle. And Work Life balance is best,

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Job security : It is really good even for off role employee Benefits : Allowance are almost for both Pay-roll and off-role employee. Not much differences Work : Even as off-role employee you get to work as a Pay-roll employee

... not doing good. No coordination between Product in charge's and Branch Manager. Salary growth and promotion is really slow. Off-role expenses are being checked and cut down by Office peon. At present both On-role and Off-role executives are looking for change due to Guwahati Management.
