Good friendship. salary in time before 10, Able to work under good Architects.

Dislikes

No benefits even though u work till midnight.Salary cut for even 5 minutes late.No proper document that u are a working staff there.Everday work submission even though not done properly.

Learnt a lot from here . The team was very friendly. The management was flexible and understanding. Working environment was good with lot of helpful fellow mates .

They are hue scale projects but not system of work

I gave a honset review on Google and the director black mailed me to delete the review or he would spoil my career. This the example how worst the managment is and how the director treats people and he thinks he s superior like god because he has money

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
