The company has a very clean and positive environment and gives a very good services to employees. Through company i have learned a lot of things which helps me in future. i am very thankful to SIMA Labs Pvt Ltd to support me in my services.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work is very high pressure. Seniors have no value of their juniors.

In my opinion the senior staff of SIMALAB.PVT.LTD are undisciplined and no rules and regulations. there are no job security. And very poor working atmosphere. So i suggested to job seeker to avoid this company.
