1)Lala company 2)Backend trivial work for a single client 3)0 job security..They can fire you in a single day.They will you in the morning to leave by night. 4)No performance review ..Only favouritism.Performance is entirely defined by perceived loyalty and your level of engagement with the employees working there for years. 5)Extremely hierarchal structure.Analyst is supposed to do every thing from engaging with client to excel. 6)No benefits,no communication from HR as well as consultant. 7)Senior management are manipulative autocrats.
