There is a DIP system for certain amount which is payable half yearly and it is quite difficult to show them as a part of our CTC.

It is great to be a part of Silverskills. The work culture is good and very friendly. We got opportunities for trainings as well. Timely appraisals.I also like the employee rehire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is normal.

Work life balance not good, Salary is less than according to your profile in Healthcare industry. Leave problem in critical situation. Appraisal is very poor in silverskills.

If you are in cap limit they will not increase your salary as well as will not give you promotion too.
