This is a professionally managed company and open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I was given required training based on my job profile. There is a very good appraisal system for each employee and individuals gets significant career growth based on their performance. Performance linked reward is being provided to each employee after appraisal based on their performance. Working environment is very harmonious and innovative ideas are welcomed.

There is variation in salary package for the employees who are in same cadre. Whereas PLR (Performance linked reward) is already applicable to deserving employee.

Can't think of any really. It has the cons of a well established company where people feel slightly bounded to take actions. But that is what I have realized, if you want to make an impact, and know how to do it. there are lot of supportive people to help you along. So No dislike !

There is no work/life balance. They will keep your original documents and threaten you while you leave to pay money. So many useless rules . You will feel like you are studying in a school and the HR are your teachers. No training. All you have to do study by your own. The managers will threaten and scream/ shout at you for unnecessary. There is no particular time. They will make you sit even for 12hours without any OT. During interview they will be very nice to you. But the actual game starts when you join the company. Nobody is consistent there(apart from who are treated different I mean partial). No appreciation for good work. If you want to be secure, happy and work without any tensions. Then you have to think before you join here.
