Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Unnecessarily salary cuts, Salary will be credited after half month gone They don't like if you help your colleague or vice versa you have to work on even sunday or when you are on leave. That's the reason why half of new joinee leaves after sometime

Let me tell you very clearly, there is nothing which is to be liked in the company. below are reasons. 1) You have no job security if you join this company, the HR will inform you in the evening that from tomorrow you don't need to come. 2) Company Owner Gary Dalal, has only one quality that he knows english rest he keeps bad eyes on all female employees, will always talk to you in abusing language. He has a mindset that whatever he thinks is always right and rest whole world is after him. He will hire multiple employees and then after 1 or 2 months you will be of no use for him and one evening he will tell you don't come from tomorrow. 3) There is a Team Leader who is working in the company since start , his name is Gorakh Yadav, let's describe about him. He plays politics, if you are "Yes Sir" or "Flattery" type person then you can stay there otherwise you can't because he'll always talk in abusing words, about your report he will ask to his "Sycophant". He will never allow you to come in front or never let your image improve.

Everything is for disliking in this company, you life will be ruined if you join this company, they will threat you, harass you. Gary the owner and Gorakh the php team leader both will ruin your life. 1) There are 3 office locations, Gurugram, Indore and Surat. no matter where do you join, no matter, what is your mental situation, no matter what is your personal life and family concern. One evening you get a call from HR that you have to go to gurugram this week and one month or 15 days or X period you will have to stay there and do work. 2) This is the worst office I have joined in my life and biggest mistake of my life. Please you don't make any mistake by joining this office. This office is a hell.

Five measly days into the gig, they boot your sorry behind out the out because you did'nt feel like cozying up to them after hours. And what's their brilliant excuse? Oh, get this: they accuse you of plagiarizing the work you showcased during the interview. Like seriously, are they sniffing glue or what? Talk about a bunch of spineless, two-faced, low-life scammers.

I've endured 8 months at Silver Grey, and it's a total mess. The rules change randomly, and HR doesn't give a hoot about you. They can fire you on the spot. They hire too many people for the same job and then randomly fire some. The HR sells this place as a cozy home, but it's more like a nightmare factory. The owner, Gary or Gaurav Dalal, doesn't even mention the company on LinkedIn. Avoid this mess if you value your sanity and job security.
