...ch I can write here. No increment, no medical, PF and other facilities provided. Not a good salary package, no support from company if you are sitting to client site. Terrible to work with.

The only thing i liked was that they did salary on time.

Dislikes

They believed in working for longer hours, whether you have work or not? While i believed in working smarter. They never believed in work processes in Software, They never believed in documentation, they never believed in SDLC. Many more things...but would not like to write about that.

Will get you a chance to implement the New Idea and creativity. As seniors dont have expertise in their own area. Basically they are chasing the success but to get that they are lacking on capability and delivery part

Dislikes

Work Place and Environment - Old Infra, Low Light and Hygiene issue Micro Management - Time Stamp, will cut salary if 9 hrs working is not recorded. Will be doing more of reports, rather than focusing on work not enough space in cafeteria, drinking water not good at rewarding the efforts and appreciation

• Salary time to time ho jaati hai. • Thodi bahut job security hai.

Dislikes

• Jab se service department me manager change hue hai uske bad se environment bahut bigad gaya hai. • Mr. V Patel jo manager ko bhi apne control me rakhte hai, aur engineers ko bahut pareshaan karte hai. • Is year appraisal bhi sirf 5.5% jitna hua hai. Even inflation rate is varying around 7%.

Worst company, no support no salary increment very poor staff... No benifits such as diwali gift. Rigid management. No job security as they can fire you anytime. Apart of that you will not get any benefits from the company. No increment for years even not an average salary. If there is option of giving zero star i'll be give that.. i am not going to suggest anyone to join silvertouch.
