...ing and we all enjoyed the synergistic advantage that arose out of the teamwork. Though, the company salary package was in line with industry standard, my motivation was their welfare package and the extra money i make upon meeting certain target. As job security, so long as one remains relevant to the company, his/her job is secure for no profit oriented company tolerates mediocrity or redundancy.

Dislikes

I did not really dislike anything about working at Silver Group. My policy in life is that any character disorder experienced among team members is an experience and an opportunity to learn how to tolerate other people.

Likes

Everything about Rajkot is good, people here are very good, good food and accommodation are easily available, the only problem for employees here is that Salary offered very low it is about half to a quarter what one can get in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore or even in Ahmadabad.

Dislikes

Nice place but very low salary.
