The company gave me the opportunity to develop myself on the job and by extension, makes me became effective in executing my duties. Working for Silver Group over the years has exposed me to various opportunities that has changed my life. I really enjoyed the company of people i worked with as a team, i leveraged on their experiences and vice-versa. It was quite exciting and we all enjoyed the synergistic advantage that arose out of the teamwork. Though, the company salary package was in line with industry standard, my motivation was their welfare package and the extra money i make upon meeting certain target. As job security, so long as one remains relevant to the company, his/her job is secure for no profit oriented company tolerates mediocrity or redundancy....Read More

I did not really dislike anything about working at Silver Group. My policy in life is that any character disorder experienced among team members is an experience and an opportunity to learn how to tolerate other people.

Work Details

My job entails managing the products portfolios and developing markets for them. I was also responsible for training the region sales team and assigning targets for them in line with the overall target of the company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
