There are huge no of dislikes SOP is not been followed which is very mandatory for any organisation No job security, if really need they will fell on your foot if not kicking off any day No promotion expected Many more there and don't want to establish

Sorry to say this, above criterias doesn't even deserve 1 star.... (1)Workers over there don't have proper work culture,Even if u try to implement it's never considered. (2)No job satisfaction, no work and personal life balance,(u need to work on sundays also, even after 5:30 in the evening) (3)Zero appreciation for work. Required to do all the jobs apart from your job description (can survive only if u have good staff in HR). (4)Poor management guidance (they have no idea about what is the use of having committee members and conducting meetings, useless controversies crop up) (5) Finally, Company head zero respect for staff.. especially for maintenance dept and HRD.. (He needs to control his arrogance and attitude)

Job is not secured.work culture is good enough.management is also very good.but company policies regarding job security is very bad i m not satisfied with this policies.
