Owner r partial, judgemental, pressure making, worst exp of 2 month don't give a time to settle down to learn culture, want to learn everything in 1 day mm is the worst person, they will fired up on u for everything. Everyone us saving their job no one is taking responsibility. No one to defend you or expect you.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
