It's a good place for freshers to start the career as the starting salary is good. A good platform to learn new things

No job security, can be fired any time. Too much of work pressure. People roaming behind managers only get Appraisals, no recognition to hard work. Worst leave policy system. No canteen. No cab facility.

Best micro managing company, no flexibility, no proper holidays, no proper hr rules & regulations, over time is appreciated with no pay, intense pressure, attitude & mentality of the CEO & Managers are very very bad towards male or female employees, no cab or any extra pay for extra work for the morning shifts especially girls, no benefits or assurance for employees. Incentive is good in the company

...ny was great, the manager was very supportive, and the employees were wonderful. The only challenge was that the salary didn’t increase, and my skill growth was mostly in communication rather than IT knowledge. However, overall, everything else was good for me, and it was a valuable experience.

Dislikes

The salary never increased, and the work hours were exhausting—10 hours a day. On top of that, I was often forced to work an extra half hour without any choice. It felt unfair and draining.

Please don’t choose this place at the end of the day you will loose your peace of mind and health. The entire work process of the company is actually scam so please don’t join here.

Work culture is awful and they will make you to work 12hrs and they take certain amount from your salary as well. This isn’t good place for mental health or your career. Please don’t join this company.
