Learning is fair. Freshers may try.

Employees do not get any kind of training and managers are least co-operative. Every now and then managers intimidate you of firing! Content Writers are assured at the time of hiring that they will get incentives once they complete their probation period, however, the reality differs and managers eat employee's incentives without taking a burp! Terrible work-life balance as you are asked to work on Saturdays without pay/incentives, also employees get just one break of half-an-hour. No overtime pay is given, even after you work for 10-12 hours!

I have given an overall rating of 2 only because this was my first ever job and I helped myself working for them during COVID times, and I had the support of a good team leader. Otherwise, this company deserves negative rating.

...e. 3) Senior Management are liers. They will never fulfill their own promises. 4) They will make you work for 10-11 hours for a humble 25k salary. Now, for the incentive, you had to put some more extra hours in top of that. 5) I had to pick up calls of angry clients on behalf of other senior writers, who had messed up. I had to listen to scoldings from clients for the work that was not done by me. 6) I had to fight and argue with them to get my experience certificate. I had to fight for my basic right of acknowledgement for working two years. 7) The thing is all the senior management in this company are one coherent tribe. No matter how much hard work you do, you wouldn't get any rewards. If you belong to the close-knit group, you will thrive here at cost of selling your soul. One thing is certain if you stay here for too long, you'll definitely become the Sociopaths and Psychopaths this company is filled with.

... is the worst place to work because the company is not at all employee friendly. They will make you work like hours and hours and will pay very less. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues.
