The office atmosphere is very much toxic by elder snakes. Working hard and being dedicated to your work is a kind of condemnation in this organization because everybody is awaiting to take advantage. So be careful before taking the risk.

Only good thing is you will learn everything you need as a developer.

Worst. You will do everything. They will change your tech stack. Worst management. 2 month salary delay. If you are working well then they will give you more work. No salary hike. Some managers are good and some are worst. Don't join this company if you are experienced. They'll hire you for java but at the end will force you to work in PHP. No one will hear you.
