Worst. You will do everything. They will change your tech stack. Worst management. 2 month salary delay. If you are working well then they will give you more work. No salary hike. Some managers are good and some are worst. Don't join this company if you are experienced. They'll hire you for java but at the end will force you to work in PHP. No one will hear you.

It allows employees to maintain any dress code that at least looks decent in the office. It has flexible timing depending on your department (some dept. follow a particular time due to the scrum meeting).

...agement who does not care about its employees. Nobody let you grow here anymore. Salary never credit on time to employees rather it delays month over month and the management is slap-happy. The office atmosphere is very much toxic by elder snakes. Working hard and being dedicated to your work is a kind of condemnation in this organization because everybody is awaiting to take advantage. So be careful before taking the risk.
