My Experience at this company has been deeply disappointing. Jon security is virtually non-existent, with employees being terminated abruptly even at 7pm, leaving them without recourse. The management seems more interested in creating a toxic environment than fostering a supportive one. One of the most disheartening aspects of working here is the security deposit policy. Additionally. the leave policy is extremely restrictive, allowing only 5 leaves, which includes the weekends. This severely hinders employee' work life balance and personal commitments. Moreover, the company's priorities seem misplaces, focusing more on petty office politics and constantly monitoring employees through intrusive measures like surveillance cameras. This kind of behavior creates an atmosphere of mistrust and discomforts. Perhaps the most appalling issue is the lack of support for the female employees. There is no maternity leave policy in place, and I have personally witnessed instances where female employees were coerced into resigning to avoid claiming their rightful maternity benefits. This blatant disregard for their well-being nothing short of shocking and reflects the company's callousness towards its employees. As a society, we must strive to create workplaces that prioritize the well being and rights of employees, regardless of gender. Unfortunately, This company fails to do so, and I cannot in goof conscience recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and fair work environment. The erosion of job security is a major concern. I have witnessed numerous instances of the management terminating employees with the little warning or justification. This constant fear of losing one's job hangs over everyone's head, making it challenging to work productively and with peace of mind.

Great People, Great Colleagues, Very Good Projects, Balanced environment in the office. HR policies in line to match production demand and also considering Employee's interest. All managers, Sr. Managers are very friendly, soft speaking and know capacities/weakness of the resources while assigning the work. Key Management personnel sits in the same premises and are very accessible. The best part of the Company is 'Everyone here makes sure that the nuisance elements are being identified and are being given a choice to behave themselves' Kudos !!

I am working since 5 years now and I think it is a great company to work in its size. The management is very understanding and co-operative. I am impressed when, the management took swift action about 3 difficult employees (real nuisance). All 3 nuisance employees were holding important position but management was determined to make environment safe and clear for the rest of the resources. Hats off to the rest of the employees, who were very supportive and gave enough courage to go ahead and get rid of the employees. I can proudly say that this is a great company to work with and it is not full of positivity.
