I like about silgate solution that working conditions over here are good. We also have a job security here but career growth opportunities are not that much better because some people over here are working from last 7 to 8 years on same position.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance and not much growth opportunities also poor salary package.

They are not atall supporting their employees in this measure COVID-19 situation they cut the salary of their employees and if you have any transport issue then they fired you from work and not give you any salary. They add water in sanitizer and tell you use it. If your body temperature is more then 99° then also they tell you to work and come office. No seafty measures and no social distancing.

Dislikes

They don't even provide appointment letter to their employees they are totally unethical and they give you false promises at the time of interview no professional behaviour with employees, no CL and PL provided, their is lots of politics in management if you are capable to get pramoted they don't pramote you, they pramote only those employees who are close to them, and no letter of appraisal letter provide, no yearly incriment in salary. Bad floor environment AC not working properly, dirty water provided to employees. No growth and no career here.

...il Bendre arrogant manager treat the employee very harsh and insult every time . Always threathen " paper dalo , paper dalo" taking advantages of innonce and offering very very very very less salary . Taking advantages and providing permanent night shift .Nikhil bendre top worse manager treat employee like " Hume jaanwaro ki tarah treat kiya jhaata hain"

worst place ever i dont know about the 2nd floor but i work on 4th floor for 2 years i think that i wasted my time on this company on the 4th floor of domastic office the manager name is nitin and thier team leaders are komal and pankaj they two are like informer of the manager nitin and about the manager he is a worst manager i ever work with if u are performing best then also the manager put their informers who is working on the agent level the manager always put them first althoug they are not working properly then also the manager always them first if after reading this its up to u dear and about the growth no full zero if u r the best performer then also no growth always the manager put thier informer agent first in all the things if u become the manager informer it is a good place to work then ur like its mine office and sorry i forgot about the leaves they will not provide any leaves for any reason and the manager will approved the leaves if ur the informer if ur not then no facility is available for u lost of politics and dont know about what the upper level managements is doing and i am talking about the 4th floor process the domestic one on 4th floor its not a good place for girls or women to work u know what i am talking about

management level of 4th floor for domestic is terrible and the manager name is nitin mehrol never work with such manager like this lost and lost of politics
