Shift timings sometimes aren't good when strech is required. Salary slab should be increased a bit.

Silaris is the organisation where u experienced new things everyday new challenge motivation n growth etc I learnt that how to work in difficult n different situations n in the end learnt a lot here at silaris wow company to work with

Nothing more to it need to work on salary part which is 15 every month instead of 7 or 1st of the month need to work on salaries too

The teammates are good, salary increase time to time, appraisal are time to time, for new commers carrier increase very fast

Salary is very low, work pressure is very low.I have to work 3 plus year but I don't have any appreciation mail from client

Company was good but salary as per accpection is very very low. Some senior are good but some senior are very roud they all time do back biching. But new commerce are must be join and learn then after experience change this job and company because they not provide job safety in future.
