I am working since two years with signity solutions and found upper management quite helpful and co-operative. Some time due to lack of upper layer resources bandwidth you can get delayed response but if you are giving your above average efforts signity management respond beyond your expectations.

Dislikes

Missing few automation feature from Employee section(appraisals process), seeing improvisation and hoping will meet missing feature in few upcoming month's. Auto work experience letter which is required for taking house on rent, gas connection etc.

I have been working with Signity since 2018 and the best thing about Signity is its open culture. Everyone is easily accessible, the team is quite- talented, management is supportive and all the efforts are always appreciated. You get to learn lot of new things and prominent career growth.

Its a good company to work with. One gets various oppurtunities to work on different domain projects . All team leaders and members are good and work together as a team. Overall i would say its a good company to learn and upgrade your skills
