The company is growing fast and diversified into multiple tech areas. I lead a team and there is less politics as compare to other organisations I have worked in. Ideas are heard and logically followed. Company promote leadership and management training and outside speaking opportunities are given which is a plus point.

Dislikes

More aggressive changes are needed from management in some aspects but changes are coming with new hirings.
