No Reward and Recognition , Pathetic Work Culture. I worked for Signature Global for more than 3 years as an Engineer. I was working as per the requirement of the post assigned by the company. Seniors assigned me the Keyman work. I was told to report to Forman who is my junior. Despite doing such things I was told to give resignation i.e asked by Jaspreet Kaur HR. Agar apne Carrer ki salamati chahte ho toh Signature Global mein mat aana. They will use you and throw you.
One of the standout aspects is the timely salary disbursement, which is crucial for maintaining financial stability. Additionally, the company offers a well-structured incentive program.
There is a noticeable lack of support for new employees, with individuals who have been with the company for years often displaying a tendency to suppress fresh ideas and innovation. Office politics is deeply ingrained, which affects collaboration and creates a toxic environment. Constructive feedback and efforts to address these issues would greatly improve the workplace atmosphere and make it more conducive to professional growth. Unfortunately, as it stands, the culture feels more stifling than supportive
Overall Signature Global as an organisation is excellent but there is too much politics and blame game within the Design (Architecture) team. No clarity , zero SOPs and KRAs.
It could be a great place to work for other departments but not for Architecture Department.
There is no office or seating provided to site. Staff seat is only available for the VP,GM and Billing staff. There is no client oriented culture. Instead they provide you with the vendor and you are expected to supervise all the work. Additionally, there is no assistance with drawings or other task, the company lacks a proper culture and standard operating procedure. SOP is The audit department which includes a person named Diwakar rude and lowlife person with only 3-4 year of experience reports directly to the owner, allowing him to speak, rudely and disrespectful to the site staff. HR representative Jaspreet Kaur, also treat the site staff very poorly.
No training or activities for site staff, everything is for head office staff, HR or other management people don’t pick phone after hiring an employee.

Salary on time , increment on time every years,
Dislikes
Not need more technical person for work inspection,only quantity not work quality ,no safety because sub contractor are 3rd class no technical team, no technical approach ,no proper planning, seniors are not supported to junior staff the checking work on field when contractor are working not as per G.F.C drawing required .
