Salary on time. New industry and work culture if not from media and advertisement.

Financially they arent strong as they had to let go off to around 85% staff till may end suring covid. Without salary. They only gave salary if march and not for other months though the staff was with them. Frankly dont join and rather spend some extra time for any other opportunity.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing to like about it.They are just playing with the career of job seekers. They just bargain with the current salary and treat you like a labour. Worst decision of my life was joining Sigma Trade Wings. They hate muslim employees and dont hire by saying the M factor. You people are good for nothing. Can ask for resignation anytime.

They can fire employee anytime. Working hours are more than 10 hours. They will ask if you are applying with some other company as well if you will take a single day leave. They will ruin your entire life if u will join this company. If have want to spoil someones life ask him to join Sigma. Poor company and management. HR didnt even know the meaning for HR. A big laugh on them.

Good environment , most supportive of senior, timing is more flexible, we have enjoyed lot of events like CFM, and collective birthday celebration end month of the for employees. Welfare facilities is good on there working place.

This company is family owned business and there is no work culture neither they have any growth in this company If anybody wants to work in this company I am sure you will not want to work more than 6 months and there is so much work pressure but they do not have any proper way to do the task sometimes while talking to clients you can also face abusive words which you have to listen but you have to remain calm and cool and abd there is lot of politics and people who are sitting on higher authority they do not even know how to talk in english with the clients One thing is positive there is flexible timings but sometimes due to work pressure you have to work late evening and for that there is no overtime pay and the salary is very low for freshers and also for experienced people
