I have been with the company for many years now and seen it grow. They give lot of opportunities to enhance the skills, the salary is also competitive and management is understanding, accomodating. I started as a developer and today I am leading a team, So opportunities are given. The management, HR is always there to hear the concerns and help solve the issues. They support at every step to make sure there is a work-life balance. I have seen people leaving this company for better opportunity and coming back to Sigma Solve because the comfort, freedom and professional growth that one is looking for is not available outside. In other companies you are boxed to perform same task over and over again. But here its not limited. If one has the desire to move forward and enhance the skills, company supports. They give opportunity to take certification exams and its fully paid by the company.

I dont have any complaint towards Sigma. But yes, due to some of the employees not following the processes set by the company, its affecting overall company. Here whosoever has put a negative review is a biased opinion towards the company because for their inability to perform their duties and deliver the results on time with quality output. So when after giving numerous chances by the company, they ignore and continue to non-perform, company has to take an action. So when they are let go, out of anger they put a bad review for the company.

There a manager and higher level management not with you. There call anytime and ask you to join meeting. They not set any meeting prior. They not listing your words. You need to informed everyone about leave and anything There a also portal then you need to informed. Management is very poor know one give you proper instructions or requirements they told ask to manager and client and engineer.

Everything - I would rate "0-Zero" to this company if it is possible. There is no job security. No professionalism in upper management. They don't know how to talk to employee. They will insult disrespect you in front of everyone. Your Job role will not be aligned

There is an only working employee and some project manager are good but the project lead is very unsupportive

the project lead name Milind yogesh shah is not like supportive member they any time threaten you to fire from the job .

Managemnt Seniors Inter department politics Account executive inversely influencing management to run HR department as per her convenience, ops manager and management was doing that practice too
