Global Culture is not healthy, delaying the decision making, dirty politics in global team, which stop over all growth of team as well as company. Even having good technology not proper decision making as global strategy.

It was my first company I gained lot's of knowledge and observed so many thing. There was i learnt about work environment. Some of colleague was so nice of with me. They helped me to learnt new things.

Dislikes

When I joined this company I was so happy but I didn't know it will become worst experience for me. There was Most of people bully to their juniors. There is no financial growth and no job security also because of their partiality environment. They increasing hike according how much you impress them. If you want to learn politics or get hike except your hard work then your welcome their.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am part of a team.As a result I get to travel all over kolkata.Another plus point is that with my colleagues we work happily in collaboration.

Groth is slow.The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work for few hours more than duty.low travel allowance given to us.
