There is no financial growth and no job security also because of their partiality environment. They increasing hike according how much you impress them. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am part of a team.As a result I get to travel all over kolkata.Another plus point is that with my colleagues we work happily in collaboration.

Groth is slow.The work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work for few hours more than duty.low travel allowance given to us.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
