There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign .on the job traning is not given to new jounees.

... about 5-6 days.but this company have only 1yr period so I have no job security.and salary is poor.work environment is good.but not equally important to every workers...

There company provide bonus & pf for all employees & management staff is very good in working.

Dislikes

There is salary is less & training period is more about 3 years. Not provide training for new trainee properly. My suggestion is that every month organize a training event for trainee for different different topics as safety, kaizen, quality related, TPM etc.
