Production Manager of Plant A1 (Tag-03), is a 3rd class person. Never ever ready to listen any problem of the employees and always applies work pressure on the employees also frequently give threats of firing out. Also some of the HR Executives doesn't have any manner to talk with the employees. Sometimes, they even not allow any employee to speak out there problem.
