...r opportunity they never allow to go because this long time notice period sucks.if employees doesn't want to serve notice period they deduct three month gross salary.this is totally uncomfortable environment there Really regretting that moment when I have joined sigma corporation

Naveen Arora who was appointed as GM Business Development by the Sigma Management. He acts like Hitler. He bullies employees in front of other employees. He treats the staffs rudely. Actually he is running the company on behalf of the Sigma management. Sigma management happy with his work. He can terminate employees at any time without employees mistake. Please do not join this company.

This company is owned by the Sikh community, which is known for its values of equality, social justice, and service to others. Before May 2023 it was also working for same, but after joining of a new unqualified person the company is loosing his value. This new man claimed to management that all their person are taking personal benefit from vendors and stealing company profits. To secure his own bread and butter he has nail down the company's value system and most of qualified managers and team got fired. I have left the orginization in June 2023 but writting review after a year after seeing the growth of this organization. They have fired almost all key person from plant and now it is just a company which is running and waiting for his destiny. This company has grown from single Hyundai Accent to Multiple luxury cars but Now a men is demolishing the value of company to refuel his own car. I wish some day Company will stand again on his value.

Dhanesh chand (AGM ) gawar (non technical person) he bypass everything from quality. Sanjay gupta ( illiterate person) and he think he is a genius...management is totally clueless...they never encourage a youngster and new ideas....gadho ka jhoond hai.

It's company started and floated by me only and started the business of trading of Engg Goods in 1994 at Ludhiana covering the business with major Industres ie Steel,Paper, Fertilizer,Rubber and Tyre, TextileCycle,Auto,Process and Food Process Industries. Later in the year of 2004 shifted the activities to Chandigarh and started business with Pharmaceutical Industries in Chandigarh and Baddi,Paonta Sahib, Dehradun and Haridwar.In 2007 started the manufacturing of Equipments and Components for Pharmaceutical Industries like Conveyors,Filling machines,Capping and Sealing machines, Inspection equipments, Packing Machines and their spares.
