Salary you will get on time and may be you can get a good team to work You can work for a year a so to learn something but that too incase you are not getting better opportunities or no options left Parking you may get for free and free tea and coffee twice a day for one hour

BOND(that too with hefty sum of 3 lakh for 3 year ) I had to pay since i left before 3 year Not very good with there policies they can modify whenever they want so employees will not have anything to challenge against the policy Not a employee centric company No additional benefits other than medical insurance No innovation Admin team will talk to you like you are working as a labour in a company worst team.

Great learnings as company support/pay to get paid certificates. Sometimes more work sometime zero work, depend upon tenders available in market. I don't face any challenge for job security till now.

You have to do everything, no support for out of your scope work

Middle management are of stupid people, they will keep shuffling people across teams, you cant do anything potentially due to the movements you will not learn anything completely, they will hire a php dev for low salary and will put you in node, java etc.., coming to salary, they will commit one in intervew and there will be something else in the offer and then there will be something in payslip, and variable pay is just a joke., dont waste time here.

I have never seen a such type of Wrost IT company's which is listed in Nasdaq.

If you worked in Sify for entire life your salary will be remain as joining salary. If you are fresher worked here for maximum 1 years. If you're expirence do not think about it.

Managed services : Domestic Team - A big thumbs up. Good team rapport and can explore many things in the areas of technical skill development. International Team -A big hands down in terms of sify management. Micro managing Leads and managers. Appraisal ratings are not given to desired candidates.
