Oh!!! It's a company known for its... well it's difficult to say what they are known for! maybe it's their lack of mentorship? or it may be a lack of proper training? Uhmm... Or their complete absence of career growth opportunities? In this SYSTUM, you may hear your seniors with 3+ years of experience say, "I'm still new to the system", and being a fresher you might have to mentor your senior. So if you are looking for good learning exposure, please think!!! Here, policies are meant to change, so don't believe in what you see or read, because when you want to recover those documents, you might find drastic changes. Yes, everyone is supportive in nature, to seize your growth, but if you're lucky, you might get some friends who might help you in your growth.

Job security is good. Salary on time. Health insurance and learning program is good. Management & Discipline Work life balance

Not getting salary as per the position. Associate with less experience or fresher getting more salary than experienced or senior associates.

Dislikes

Management and policies are worst. No appraisal / No promotion even if you are skilled then other. Very very little chances of internal switching/promotion. Unfair ratings are provided ( good rating depends on your bond with TL/Manager).

Here we can do job without having any knowledge also as work is very easy. We can do lots of mistakes in work. Basically it is good for freshers. After experience move to other companies.

No growth, no SOP, Very low Salary and no hike in technical department. Politics culture in office. No role of HR to maintain policy as whatever managers will decide that will happen. Only managers are playing with employees.
