Or their complete absence of career growth opportunities? In this SYSTUM, you may hear your seniors with 3+ years of experience say, "I'm still new to the system", and being a fresher you might have to mentor your senior. So if you are looking for good learning exposure, please think!!! When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
