1- The company policy is governed my HR means there is no company policy its always HR's policy. 2- The working culture is a nightmare for an individual. Rasicm is at peak. If ur not from that cast you will be judged, if you are then you dont require any degree to get a job in these company. 3- The Operational Manager is the ultimate owner of these company, no second opinion will accepted from you. 4- The government is not that corrupted, but management u cant even imagine. 5- Without any spare, technical support or proper training they want you to solve the on site breakdown call and give them the positive result. 6- If you want to experience a worst HR, You are most welcome to join this company, at any give day, time you dont know how an individual employees rights get manipulated. 7- At the exit interview they all want is a positive response from an employee. If not, you will be questioned on what you have wrote during the exit interview. 8- They will frightened you for your FNF and for other documents. 9- Had Work with different organisations, but this is the worst ever organization for individual career growth and skills development. 10- Lastly, The office politics, just a headache, you cant work under such environment.

No support for people who wants to learn and grow, they just want their job to be done even if you die they don't care, no insurance policies or care from companies side, I will never recommend this company to anyone just find something else and save your career.

Thing I like abt company Less Sallary 18 hr. Work Sunday always work National holidays have work All festival work After all this hard work. U will get a - b And d others who never work but are bengalis, they recieve a 3k increment, an d grade A+ I u are a hard worker Then u are welcome, because donkeys are always welcome there
