When a person comes to this company after an experience of 10+ then only it's good. Otherwise its a mess. Micromanagement is at worst. The whole company works with the connection of one another. Total politics is played hence there is no value for the efforts you put in

Almost everything. No salary increment. No mental satisfaction. No skills upgrade. No bonuses. No work Life balance. Managers go beyond the policies and rules and rule their own. No appreciation after working hard. No value for working. Full value for politics.

Good transport facility and good Canteen facilities with lot of choices and good recreational facility like Gym,and indoor games Work wise its good with lot of learnings and good seniors and mentors who are experts to get guidance and support

So many legacy products.So initially system knowledge need to be gathered in short span from experts to shine in ur field and grade promotion will take long

Work life balance, promotion everything depends on ur manager soley not on ur hard work. For almost 4-5 years I had good recognition, appraisal, benefits , work life balance everything , then manager changed and the total environmemt turned toxic.. no use talking to HR also cos ultimately they will support the management...
