Worklife not balance after the date 15 we have too much much work in factory mostly we work overtime daily.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.

1. No salary at onsite siemens udaipur office. 2 no food ni breakfast no snacks even hod is picking up money 3. No proper kt 4 no perks no clothes and no benefits 5 the behavior by hr manager and client is harassing and unnatural.

If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

...policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
