Company , work culture , work life balance , job rotation if someone wants to change function and job security is really good.

Dislikes

Less salary , stable job with no major salary hike and growth to go further. No value for management for experienced employees working in the same company from long time. Routine work not counted during performance review.

Likes

Amazing work culture and work life balance is the highlight. If you work in R&D, the kind of work and the freedom to do it your way here is very satisfying. Apart from this, free access to learning portals like coursera, linkedin learning and so on is great for early engineers to grow up. Also one of the first companies to have declared hybrid working model just after the 1st wave of Covid19, the health of employees was top priority always.

Dislikes

Well, in terms of salary, its good for early professional but Siemens is not really a paymaster afterwards. LPA = 1.5 * YoE to 2 * YoE, exception is new joiners joining laterally but even they are normalized after some time. Also, although present in 200 countries, being a product company, travel to other country is avoided unless physical presence is critically necessary.

Great work life balance, employee centric, supportive and friendly management and lots of career growth opportunities.

Dislikes

In good number of cases there are considerable pay differences for same role and responsibilities due to unreasonable weightage for past company and institutions or background.

The overall culture is very decent, internal transfers are an option, base pay is higher than the competition, the work-work-life balance is good and there is a culture of learning and growth.

Dislikes

The proportions are dependent on the managers input so you have to be on the good side. It should be work dependent.

...siting employees.. Would recemond as a intermediate company for a good hike.. You will not get much increments and the New joined employees get more pay than yours.. You will be literary irritated by the wage revision policies.. It's terrible to digest that your reportees may be paid more than you...

Less Salary, no learning, stressful life
