...ou are coming from outside to work, then this company wouldn't be a good choice. The package is very less compared to the work we do. Its not fair enough. One can learn many things. Its a good choice to start a career but staying for long time in this organisation wouldn't give you the satisfaction.

Some biased superiors, pay scale and manipulations.

Since BPO had just taken off in India the company was looking after its employees well, package was good, we as young turks used to work like anything.

Dislikes

After about 3years in the company growth stagnated, work style changed, another young turk was heading the process conflicts arises.

Good company in terms of work life balance ,employee friendly and working hour flexibility. Management understand the employee's issue and try to resolve

Dislikes

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Dislikes

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

Dislikes

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.
