...dia centre. India management is good and people are reasonable and supportive. Salary and benefits are at par with market.

1) There is little job security due to business making huge losses, however least impact in India is foreseen. 2) Danish culture isn't that great as people are just trying to save their job, are less opened to new ideas, are risk averse, doesn't appreciate good talent. Good thing is Siemens energy is overtaking SGRE and hope to see more German culture in future. 3) 50% of the workforce don't know what value they are adding in the company. They simply enjoy their time here without work. 4) They need to hire more talented people to make real difference and just not focus on KPI of filling number of candidates. 5) Primitive way of working. 6) India center is mostly working as support site and there is no decision making that happens in the design and development here, so chances are once you learn , you won't feel like continuing here for long
