No brainer local management. Low salary pays. No future growth plan. Managers are becoming rich day by day & don’t let other subordinates become rich. Very less salaries compared to other places.

There is no good salary structure. They are not consider work experience while discussing salary.they only considering previous salary it's not correct Way to fix the salary.should be consider experience also then have to give salary slot.

Job security & No restrictions for punch timing.. 2-3 days work from home also applicable. No prior formalities for leave.. Basically you feel like your 2nd home.. Good working environment & Culture.

Salary , Increment. No prior guidelines for promotion , hike even growth perspective. There is no proper hierarchy channel so all people reporting to single person with different Designation. Favoritism & Dirty politics are now become pillar to grow in Siemens.
